Terms of Service
Disclaimer: These pages describe how this shop intends to operate. They are not a substitute for statute, regulation, or legal advice. UK/EU consumer and data-protection rights may give you protections that cannot be waived by these terms.
1. Seller
Bear Witness Shop (operated by Micheal Mozley, United States). Support: mike@xtremerippleprotocol.online. US-based online retailer; full business address available on request / order confirmation.
2. Products
We sell apparel and related merch. Some items are print-on-demand (POD) fulfilled by Printful; some are in-stock / self-fulfilled (including limited one-of-one pieces). Product pages state whether an item is made to order. Artwork and editions may be limited as described on the product page.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, plus shipping calculated at checkout. Payment methods: XRP (Xaman) or card (Square). Orders are not confirmed until payment succeeds.
UK VAT: We do not currently hold a UK VAT registration number on file for this shop. Until registration is completed and enabled in our systems, prices shown exclude UK VAT. For Great Britain deliveries you may be charged import VAT / customs by the carrier or authorities depending on value and fulfilment path. See Shipping. If we later enable UK VAT charging at checkout with a real VAT number, we will show VAT clearly before you pay.
4. Contract & order acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. We accept when payment clears and we confirm the order (email / order page). We may cancel or refund if an item cannot be fulfilled, payment fails verification, or fraud is suspected.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on fulfilment (Printful production + carrier, or self-ship) and destination. See Shipping Policy. Risk of loss typically passes on delivery to the address you provide; please ensure the address is accurate.

7. Intellectual property
Bear Witness branding, artwork, and site content are owned by the operator or licensed to the shop. You may not reproduce designs for commercial use without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or for faulty goods remedies that statute requires). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the shop beyond the amount you paid for the affected order.
9. Governing context
We operate from the United States. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including the UK) may still apply and take priority where the law says so.
